Starting positions for next meeting

Starting positions for the next meeting are calculated using the average of the finishing positions (in qualifying) for each driver for all previous rounds of the current championship. These finishing positions are not sorted into formulas, as the starting positions are sorted purely to enable close racing between drivers of equal ability, based on recent form, regardless of formula. Starting positions are based on qualifying results, as this reflects the relative performance of each driver during 3 races per meeting, not 1 final.
